Mother's Day 2011

I had such a wonderful Mother' Day. When writing about being a mother I often am at a loss of words. When God blessed me with my girls I was changed, I felt an unbelievable love that I had never felt before. The kind of love that hurts. My heart is truly overwhelmed with joy when I look into my girls sweet blue eyes.

My greatest hope and wish for my girls is that they have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I hope to raise girls that love the lord with all that they are and whose lives reflect his beauty, grace, and love. Becoming a mother has made me better. I am honored to be a mother and even more proud to be a mother to two precious little girls.I love you sweet girls, more than my words could ever express.

My wonderfully thoughtful husband planned an incredible weekend for me. We had a special date night on Saturday night. Then, on Sunday, he made my favorite dish of his, lasagna. We headed to Hefner for a family picnic after church. It was super windy but we had a blast and you know the girlies loved it as well!!! Thank you Allen for always making me feel truly special, you are such a wonderful husband and an amazing father. I am so lucky and abundantly blessed. I love you very much!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the women in my life. I learn how to be a mother from each of you. You are such incredible women and wonderful role models to me. Thank you for your love and for your guidance. Thank you mostly for loving my girls so much, I am thankful that they know and feel each one of your unconditional love. We are so lucky! I love you!!!
