We got to see their GG's on Wednesday night and Thursday! It was so great to see them, we can't wait to do it agian, we miss you both. Love and Miss You, GG Donna and GG Dave!!!

GIVING THANKS!!!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. I have so much to be thankful for! A few of these things are, my beautiful babies, my wonderful hubby, my incredible family and friends, and my precious students. I am most thankful for my relationship with the Lord. I strive daily to become a more devote christian, I long and try my hardest to exemplify a life he would be proud of. I am certainly not perfect but each day I try to be more like him. I hope each of you has a personal relationship with him, this is the most important relationship of all. Through his strength I can do all things. Bless each of you, and give thanks today for all that you have and for who has given it all to you!  Love~

EARRINGS!!!

We decided to get the girls ears pierced. I went back and forth a million times, as we pulled into the mall I said, "I don't think I can do it!" With a little encouragement, it was a go! With my family, nothing is small... everything we do requires a LOT of people. I feel so blessed to have such support even when it comes to just getting their ears pierced. It takes a village!!!!

We made Chels go first cause we were all scared!!! Livy was first, her cry will break anyone's heart. Wow! Did she cry, it only lasted a minute and then we inserted the pacifier followed by the bottle! She was good to go!



Next was Lulu! Her cry will scare anyone into NOT getting their ears pierced but we all know how to make her happy... give her a bottle - and NO I don't feed her everytime she cries... I don't want her to learn to eat her feelings! =)




TADA!!!! Aren't they soooo precious! They are absolutely adorable with or without earrings... It just seems much easier to get done when they are young and much easier to clean and take care of at this age. This works for us, to each their own!!! I love my little sweet angels!!!

FRIENDS...

Here are a few pics with the girls and their friends! We went to Rylee's pageant this weekend and she won 1st in her division - she was adorable!!! The girls also got to see little Lawson!!! We love you friends!

HIGHCHAIRS...HERE WE COME!

We have introduced the highchairs. The girls seem to like them and for feeding - I love them. They make the process much easier. We are also trying out sippy cups, the girls aren't so sure yet - they are kind of heavy and I don't think they realize that there is water in them!

GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER!!!

This is a typical Friday Night for the Cox household... Add a movie and pizza and we are Happy!!!! The girls are totally aware of each other, sometimes they love and well as you can see, sometimes they get on each others nerves. It is sooo cool how they are getting to know one another - I Love It!!!

MADILL!!!

Unfortunately, while we were in Madill I had to work on a reserch paper... FUN! As you can see, the men enjoyed a nice long nap...



We went to Madill a few weekends ago and the weather was beautiful, we spent lots of time outside. What a fun and relaxing weekend we had - can't wait to do it again! This is the girls with sweet little Tripp, he is ADORABLE - we had a ton of fun playing with him!!!

This is the girls with their FAVORITE cousin, Kenzie! It's so crazy to think that I met Kenzie when she was two, she has grown sooo much and is absolutely beautiful! We love her to pieces!

Happy 30 Years!!!

We went to a Suprise 30th Anniversary party for Sue and Larry and we got to see lots of family! It was so fun and so great to see everyone! Not to mention, it was beautiful and of course the girls got LOTS of LOVE!

This is Allen and I on my birthday! We had a super fun night out! We went and ate at Sushi Neko (one of our favs) and he got us a hotel room downtown - it had a jacuzzi tub - my FAVORITE!!! Thanks for the wonderful night out!!! LOVE =)

5 Generations!!! This is the girls and their Great Great Grandmother!!! I think she is going to be 99 this year - not for sure though!

FAMILY ~

We have seen a lot of our family lately and we have really enjoyed it! Here are the girls with their, pamma and poppa, memaw, nana, pa, and favorite aunt Trudy! WE LOVE YOU!!!

IT'S BEEN AWHILE...

Sorry for not blogging in a while - I have lots of posts to catch up on. I have been SUPER busy - my birthday, finishing up a research paper (15pgs, analyzing data and other articles), teaching, visiting LOTS of family (which we LOVE) and being a mom and wife. With this said, I typically update on Sundays or when the girls go to sleep and.... here lately it's been taking us 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get Livy to sleep. She wants to sleep only in our arms so when her head hits the crib she is in hysterics... what to do?????

So the girls have realized one another. They are looking at each other, and talking to each other, I love it - it's so neat!!!

HAPPY 1/2 BIRTHDAY SWEET GIRLS!!!

My girls are 6 months old - I CAN'T believe it!!! These sweet girls mean the world to me and I try everyday to be the best mother I can be to them. Over these last 6 months I have learned so much about myself and being a mother. It is unbelievable how two sweet babies can change your world and give it a whole new meaning. I thank the Lord everyday for them, they are so much more than I ever imagined - I am the luckiest mother in the world. Praise God for them, their health, and all that their life holds. Londyn weighs 14.7 and Livy is 12.5 they both have medium brown hair, blue eyes and the longest eyelashes. They sleep almost all night - usually waking up around 4 or 5 for a feeding. They both LOVE to eat bananas, prunes, sweet potatoes, plums, pears, carrots, and cereal is ok... They both don't care for green beans and they HATE sweet peas. Londyn loves tummy time and Livy prefers to be on her back. They both have totally different personalities - Londyn so loud and dramatic (LOVE IT) Livy is very laid back and super relaxed. Both such HAPPY BABIES!!! They can both roll over and both love to stand (with some assistance of course). We call Londyn - Lulu, Londoone (Allen calls her this) and Livy - Livy Grace or Livy, or Liv. They both LOVE bath time and laugh so hard at me when I sing them our song. They are both fixated on the T.V. (they get it from their daddy) and love to read our nightly stories. Girls, I am so proud of you and how far you have come. You are soooo loved and you already have so many family and friends that love you more than anything. Happy half birthday sweet girls - I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!
